Throughout her 20+ year career spanning four countries and some of the most complex organizations, one thing has always stood out as the most rewarding part of the work: helping people grow. Coaching others, developing leadership skills, and creating environments where people feel genuinely safe to show up, that's where Stephanie has always come alive.

She knows what navigating change actually feels like, not just as a strategist guiding others through it, but as someone who has lived it. Building new careers from scratch, stepping into unfamiliar roles, adapting to new cultures across the globe, none of it came without challenge.
